Remove the idle handler for menus if the menu is
destroyed. Fixes crash in bug #312512

* menu.c:
(submenu_to_display_in_idle): unset the idle-id.
(remove_submenu_to_display_idle): remove the idle
handler if the menu is destroyed.
(create_fake_menu), (create_applications_menu):
attach the idle-id to the menu so we can remove
it when the menu is destroyed.
