glue/inotify-syscalls.h: add support for the 64-bit SuperH (SH) processor.
The 64-bit variant of the architecture is implemented by the SH5 chip,
sporting a 64-bit integer core and 128-bit vector FPU, armed with 64 32-bit
registers. The integer unit provides SIMD support and 63 64-bit general
purpose registers (the 64th register is hard-wired to all zeros).
