* Tag version 0.8
* configure.in: Bump mono requirement up to 1.0.0. Bump gtk-sharp
requirement up to 1.0. Require either evolution-shell 2.4 or 2.2.
* glue/Makefile.am: Don't use -Werror by default. Add some other
warnings
