* configure.in: Pass GTKSPELL_CFLAGS and GTKSPELL_LIBS seperately. Not
sure why the GTRANSLATOR_XTRA thing didn't work (for me or Jordi).
* configure.in: No need to have to compile redundant semerkent module.
