* patches/src680/hunspell-config.diff: move the AC_LANG(C++) to
the right place
* patches/src680/debian-hunspell-build.diff: use -lhunspell_pic and
-I/usr/include/hunspell (DebianBaseOnly)
* Makefile.shared: apply Hunspell patchset at the beginning, so we
can add patches basing on it to apply, thanks Petr for the hint
