* configure.ac:
- Bump requirements to glib-2.6/GTK+-2.6
* src/main.c:
- Remove popt code in favor of GOption.
- Begin to implement a plugin interface.
* src/about.c:
- Remove GnomeAbout in favor of GtkAboutDialog.
