* www.gnome.org/start/2.12/notes/docbook/C/release-notes.xml: Put the
first page back in the abstract, so it shows up on the first page now
that I made the change below.
* www.gnome.org/start/2.12/notes/Makefile.am:
* www.gnome.org/tour/Makefile.am: Specify a directory to xlstproc,
not an index.html file. This seems to affect the choice of stylesheet
used, or how it is used. Anyway, the blank page is gone now.
