* src/gossip-app.c:
- Make use of gdk_pixbuf_saturate_and_pixelate() as suggested by
Ross to show the protocol image in black and white or colour.
- Clicking on the accounts now shows the accounts window.
* src/gossip-accounts-window.c
(accounts_window_model_add_columns):
- Removed some unused code.
