* upgrade to cairo 0.9.2 and remove libpixmap as it is now
included in cairo
* build/src680-m124/canvas/source/cairo/cairo_canvashelper.cxx: we
set identity matrix here to overcome bug in cairo 0.9.2 where
XCreatePixmap is called with zero width and height. it also
reaches faster path in cairo clipping code.
