* patches/src680/config_office-system-mozila-python-fix.diff,
patches/src680/apply: fix --with-system-{mozilla,python} swithes,
so the --without-system-{mozilla,python} swithes work correctly;
patch made by Suka from Gentoo
* patches/mono/mono-build.diff: enable the mono stuff by default if
mono >= 1.1.8 is available; require mono >= 1.1.8 when --enable-mono
is used
* configure.in: enable mono by default. It is enabled even if the
mono is not available. It is because I did not want to double
the complicated checks from the OOo native configure. Please,
use --disable-mono to force ooo-build to do not install the extra
mono sources.
