* libgnomeprint/gnome-print-dialog.c: New properties: title, flags,
content selector.
(gnome_print_dialog_load_config): Loads the configuration. Currently
adds printers and paper page, because those widgets can't live without
a configuration (and therefore cannot be created during construction).
(gnome_print_dialog_init): Create all widgets here (where it is possible).
(gnome_print_dialog_new): Redirect to g_object_new.
(gnome_print_dialog_construct): Redirect to g_object_set.
(gnome_print_dialog_construct_range_[custom,page]): Hide the new page
selection widget if this function gets called.
(gnome_print_dialog_[g,s]et_copies): Simplify.
