* boot.c (lotus_file_probe): Extend the probe to handle SmartSuite
98 documents.
(lotus_file_open): Assume all strings to be in CP850 encoding.
* lotus.c (lotus_read_old): Split out from lotus_read.
(lotus_read_new): New function.
(lotus_read): Read the BOF and call the right one of the above.
