* src/Dialogs.cs (InputDialog.Execute): make Return == OK.
* src/PlayerInterface.cs (ImportWithFileSelector,
OnMenuImportFilesActivate):
* src/Preferences.cs (OnButtonLibraryChangeClicked): Remove
incorrect (but harmless) "gnome-vfs" arg.
* src/SourceView.cs (HighlightPath): select the row. (Fixes so
that right-clicking on an unselected row DTRT now.)
