* body.c (entry_changed): Use gtk_html_filename_to_uri()
instead of just prefixing the filename with "file:".
(body_properties) : Correspondingly, use
gtk_html_filename_from_uri() instead of just stripping off the
"file:" prefix.
* persist-file.c (impl_load, impl_save): Use g_open() instead of
open() here, too.
