* move-keyword-to-status-whiteboard.pl: New script for moving
usage of any keyword from the keyword area to a namespaced area in
the status_whiteboard
* substitute-keyword-usage.pl: Exit early if the give user login
is invalid
* reports/keyword-search.cgi: Add a disclaimer about the bugs
automatically moved from easy_fix to gnome-love.
