* configure.in: add semweb by Joshua Tauberer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
to the build. Integrate it into the automake build. I may move
to using a public version later but for now I want the changes
local.
* semweb/: import semweb source into f-spot.
* Makefile.am: add semweb directory to the build.
