* dialog-stf-main-page.c (stf_dialog_main_page_init): Use
go_guess_encoding.
(main_page_set_encoding): Explicitly verify that the generated
text is valid UTF-8.
(encodings_changed_cb): Update preview before spinbuttons as the
number of lines might have changed.
