Oh yeah, that's why I removed max-width last time I tried it - the fucking
browsers don't scale images while preserving the aspect ratio. And it's not
like I can talk Vincent into implementing "width: scale;" into browsers and
the CSS standard like he did with GDM themes. Bugger.
* remove max-width/img breakage from css
* add christian neumair
