Log message:
(initMemoryManagement): Only create new hash table if one hasn't already been
created.
(initGObject): Do not do anything if the object received is a GtkWindow
or subclass.
(processPendingGObject): Remove code that dealt with GtkWindow, since we will
never get an object of that type here.
