* src/engine-view.c (init): don't have the info pane resize when
the container grows
* src/engine_ics.c (ei_resize): only send width/height changes to
the server if the width/height changed
* src/main.c (main): set a default window size
* src/server-term.c (print_raw_text): strlen returns a size_t
(init): set the terminal size (does not actually work with current
vte code, see bug 317158)
