informalfigures with figure elements
* src/toolbox/tool-iscissors.xml: fixed typo in the german
content spotted by *aoul Keller
* src/dialogs/preferences/prefs-display.xml
* stylesheets/plainhtml.xsl.in: added rule for using the
images in the navigation. *lso removed the option for placing
titles in figures below the figure. It looks strongly odd if the
figure provides a caption, if the actual title is placed below
the caption.
