* src/dh-window.c (window_location_changed_cb): Update the book
tree here...
(window_open_url): ...instead of here.
* src/dh-book-tree.c (dh_book_tree_show_uri): Bring back to life,
fix finding the node and expand the path.
(book_tree_find_uri_foreach): Add as helper to the above. Fixes
bug #134333 [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=134333]. Might be too
slow, but let's test it a bit.
