* patches/src680/apply: Added XExactName support for TypeDescriptionMgr
* patches/vba/vba-support-stoc-typeprovider-xexactname.diff: Adds
XExactName interfaces to TypeDescriptionManager &
TypeDescriptionProvider services. NOTE: If you have trouble on startup
"abort caused by uncaught RuntimeErrorException" I recommend you do
a clean build in stoc.
