* profile.c (generate_object_table, generate_call_tree): Don't
take the process as an argument. Instead dig it out of the
stacktrace.
* helper.c (add_trace_to_stash): New file, that adds a stacktrace
and a process to a stackstash.
* stackstash.[ch]: Remove all traces of the concept of
Process. Simplify stack_node_add_trace() somewhat.
