* app/core/gimpcoords.c: use ABS instead of fabs.
* app/core/gimpimage-snap.c: Use proper default values for the
coordinates.
* app/vectors/gimpbezierstroke.c: Fix a bug plus add some debug
output. For some reason does not snap yet.
