* README: Update--it builds, but doesn't remotely work
* constraints-ideas.txt: add a bug to the list, make a good long
list for explaining to people why this rewrite exists, if needed
(though I guess I could let Havoc answer those questions)--it also
has a couple notes on how the old version worked (meaning the
version before the version before this rewrite, ca. Gnome 2.2 or
so)
