Log message:
* dogtail/procedural.py: rename open() to openItem() to avoid namespace
collision.
* scripts/dogtail-run-headless: Ignore errors when restoring ~/.xinitrc. If
there was no previous ~/.xinitrc, make sure the temporary one isn't left
behind. Increase hardcoded sleep delay.
