visual studio and visual c++ can be installed in different locations, try and
handle the headaches :-)
added methods to find .NET SDK and NSIS directory
added code to copy instmsia.exe and instmsiw.exe to their correct locations
added alternative registry location for Microsoft SDKs (Platform SDK 2005 -
this is also in configure but belongs here)
reg_find_key - helper method to find reg keys when you don't know their name
