Last part of savannah patch #4497 by Valentin Ungureanu:
* Sketch/Editor/edittool.py (MultiEditor.SelectPoint):
(MultiEditor.SelectPoint): Return whether a point was selected. This
helps EditToolInstance decide what to do next.
(EditToolInstance.ButtonPress): If the outline of a noneditable object
was hit (MultiEditor.SelectPoint returns False) then start a rubber
rect.
* test_doceditor.py
(TestEditorWithSelectionTools.test_edit_noeditor_rubberbanding):
New. Test whether the editor starts rubberbanding when clicking
on e.g. the edge of a bezier object in a group in edit mode.
