Move the 2.16 custom fields again into the bugs table.
* checksetup.pl: Change field defs of gg_version and gg_milestone to
gnome_version and gnome_target. This ensures bugs_activity will still
show the activity of these custom fields. Also init bugs.gnome_version
and bugs.gnome_target using bugs_customfields table. Finally drop the
customfields tables.
