added patch to allow building mozilla in /opt (not in /cygdrive/c) by patching
up the awful cygwin-wrapper scripts
on windows, we should produce gengal.exe so TARGET should be gengal not
gengal.bin
(otherwise we have gengal.bin.exe, and scp is expecting gengal.exe to package)
