Bye bye libart, welcome cairo.
* fish.c: remove some useless includes
(display_preferences_dialog): small beautification
(update_pixmap): rewritten to move Wanda to the new world, with cairo.
(fish_applet_expose_event): Wanda is now rotated diffently depending
of the panel orientation on vertical panels.
