* profile.c (build_object_list): Make this function allocate
the ProfileObjects.
* stackstash.[ch]: Add stack_stash_foreach_by_address()
* profile.c (profile_get_objects): Use it here to reimplement
profile_get_objects() in terms of the stackstash.
