* patches/fmq-gunichar-to-glyph-index.diff: Make the cache
counters longs instead of ints. Use #defines for the cache
parameters (GLYPH_CACHE_NUM_ENTRIES, GLYPH_CACHE_MASK) instead of
explicit numeric values.
