* sk.po: Updated Slovak translation.
ThreadPond is a simple implementation of a thread pool. It isn't used
for anything right now, but I'm putting it here for posterity.
UnclosableStream wraps a Stream and proxies all of the methods except
for Close, which gets mapped to Flush. This comes in handy when using
stupid writer classes (*cough* SharpZipLib *cough*) that insist on
unconditionally closing the underlying stream.
