* src/dom/cria-block.c: implement is_empty() for the slide element
class, code cleanup
* src/dom/cria-presentation-view.c: only connect to notify signals
when we've got a signal handler for these, added notify-title
* src/dom/cria-presentation-view.h: added notify-title
* src/dom/cria-slide.c: fix the finalize code to not throw out any
warnings anymore
* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: use the presentation view interface
to listen for title changes
