* copy-src/ccc/canvas-priv.h: added a build_actions signal to be able
to easily provide popup menus
* copy-src/ccc/canvas.c: added a build-actions signal to populate a
popup menu
* copy-src/ccc/marshallers.list: added one for the new menu
* copy-src/ccc/reference/tmpl/item.sgml: added the signal
* src/rendering/cria-block-renderer.c: added the skeleton to fill the
popup menu
* src/rendering/cria-slide-display.c: some improvements on the popup
code
* src/widgets/cria-action-builder.c: fix a typo, improve the separator
code
