* gdk/src/gc.hg: GC::set_clip_rectangle(): Add a
method overload that takes a const argument, and
deprecate the non-const version. Bug #320631.

* gtk/src/widget.hg: Made map() public,
because custom containers sometimes (e.g. GtkNotebook)
need to call it on their child widgets, though we are
not sure when. Bug #320631.
