* configure.ac: Remove all submount references/ASSUME_SUBMOUNT; now handled
at runtime through HAL (info.callouts.add strlist)
* src/ipod-device.c (ipod_device_udi_is_subfs_mount): Use HAL to determine
if ipod volume mount is handled by submount; replaces ASSUME_SUBMOUNT
define; fall back on a generic 'umount <device-node>' command for
unmounting if the configured unmount command fails (for instance,
libipoddevice was configured with pumount, but pumount doesn't exist)
