* bin/ooo-wrapper.in: remove unnecessary 'use' lines,
remove debugging guff; bin session-quickstart.
remove SAL_NOEXPANDFPICKER - now up-stream. Squeeze
a little extra speed on cold-start: ~20 or so fewer
files touched.
