* reports/QueryParse.yp: Document it so that others have a chance
in Hades of helping to maintain it. Doesn't actually work yet,
though; documenting was just my way of re-familiarizing myself
with the thing (though I promise to keep the docs up-to-date and
even extend them as I fix it)
