* src/Category.cs (MakeButton): modify the label color to match
the mockups.
(PageSize): new property indicating the desired number of tiles to
show.
(AllTiles): enumerates all tiles, not just the visible ones.
* src/ConversationCategory.cs (OnSizeRequested):
* src/TileCategory.cs (OnSizeRequested): size-request all of the
tiles, not just the visible ones, to ensure that the tile size
stays the same as we switch pages. Always make the category large
enough to display PageSize tiles, even when there aren't that many
to display, so that the category doesn't change size between
pages.
* src/Panes.cs: always display the vertical scrollbar, so it
doesn't come and go when you switch between more/fewer results
* src/tiles/Utils.cs (GroupInfo): fix spelling of "Unknown" tile
group
