* src/Pages/QuickTips.cs: Add a tip about using the OR operator.
* src/Tiles/ActionMenuItem: Have the constructor take a TileAction
rather than a few parts of one. Create an image based on the
stock value (if any) and add it to the item.

* src/Tiles/Image.cs:
* src/Tiles/Tile.cs: Add stock items for several operations.
* src/Tiles/TileAction.cs: Add a ctor to specify a stock item to
use, add a Stock property for this as well.
