* modules/inotify-kernel.c: (ik_move_stats), (ik_mask_to_string),
(ik_pair_events), (ik_process_events):
* modules/inotify-kernel.h: Add utility functions: ik_move_stats -
returns the # of matched moves and missed moves. Missed moves is an
over-estimate because we count impossible to match moves to.
ik_mask_to_string - returns the string version of the event.
Fix crash when moving files in nautilus.
