* configure.in: bump mono required version to 1.1.10 to pick up
cairo.
* src/Makefile.am: add the mail commands and the Loupe to the
build.
* src/RotateCommand.cs: refactor to split out the rotations into
operations.
* src/PhotoStore.cs: fix typo.
* src/Operation.cs: add new file.
