* browse.cgi: Retrieve stable and development GNOME blocker bugs.
* buglist.cgi: Add hack to avoid queries that will return all bugs.
* cvs-update-magic/mozilla-cvs-files.tar.gz:
* skins/standard/global.css: Use border-radius for simple-bug-guide
as well. It is just cool. Plus change quote and stracktrace green/red
colors to ones from Tango project.
* template/en/custom/browse/main.html.tmpl: Show blocker lists
* template/en/custom/reports/gnome.html.tmpl: Use colors from Tango
project.
* template/en/custom/reports/user.html.tmpl: Change gray background
color to one from Tango project.
* template/en/default/bug/sbg/next.html.tmpl: Add inline style. Ugly.
