* reports/QueryParse.yp: Allow fulltext queries now, improve error
messages, and special case a list of bug numbers (instead of just
a single bug number)
* reports/boogle.cgi: Don't html_quote the error--the error
message may have included a link (e.g. to describecomponents.cgi).
