* src/Loupe.cs: use the changed BrowsablePointer api.
* src/PhotoImageView.cs: remove redundant functions.
* src/IBrowsableItem.cs: rework the changed event to pass the
previous item and the previous index. Listen to the ItemChanged
even on the collection and fire the changed event if it matches.
