Make use of the next.html.tmpl template. Make sure selected GNOME
version gets actually filed.
* template/en/default/bug/sbg/next.html.tmpl: Allow to provide text
for the submit button.
* template/en/default/bug/sbg/vars.html.tmpl: If GNOME version was
supplied ensure it gets added as a hidden field.
