* libgthumb/bookmarks.c (bookmarks_utils__get_menu_item_name):
show the home folder as USER instead of /home/USER
* src/gth-location.c:
* src/gth-location.c: new files

* src/main.c (get_stock_id_for_uri):
* src/main.h (get_stock_id_for_uri): new function.
Removed the location entry. Use gth_location, which is a specialized
combobox with the parent folders list and bookmarks.
